I am delighted to share about my massage therapy, holistic practices and commitment to your health. Coming from a tradition of integrated care, I believe massage has a role in your life. Many individuals find massage relaxing, therapeutic for muscle relief, and rewarding for the soul. I also recommend massage as part of a preventative health program to help reduce stress, strengthen all the systems of your body, and tune in to patterns such as posture, energy restoration, and rest.

As a nationally certified massage therapist I continually learn, share and grow with many educators and practitioners in massage therapy, yoga and other allied fields. Staying alter to each of my clients’ needs each time you receive a massage we review your goals and then I can blend with my skills and modalities including:

  • Swedish Massage
  • Neuromuscular Massage Therapy
  • Reiki Usui Healing
  • Pregnancy Massage
  • Aromatherapy
  • Tandem Point Acupressure
  • Craniosacral Therapy

I commonly treat clients who face unique challenges or are pre or post surgery. In those cases I evaluate, research, prepare and even dialogue with their medical practitioners to recommend the safest protocol.

I feel that massage therapy has an important role in health for the individuals and families. I have started and participated with massage programs in homeless shelters, emergency and disaster relief, community and sporting events, and in coordination with corporate wellness programs. With more positive intervention, massage therapy can evolve within any community.

Towards that end, I have been preparing for years and am now launching a not-for-profit organization EPIC Programs (Education and Practice in Community) to encourage and expand the role of safe, affordable programs and would welcome your input and ideas.

The most frequently asked question of clients is now do I maintain my own health. I do receive massage and discern what modalities by listening deeply to my needs. In addition, I practice yoga daily. Also I find nourishing foods locally and enjoy preparing and cooking with spices, flare and intention. I meditate and enjoy outdoor activities whenever possible.

Being part of someone’s healing is how I can make a difference. It is my passion and joy. Let me know who I can help you.

I work full-time in Paso Robles at EarthTones Gifts, Gallery & Center for Healing which I own along with my Husband, Greg Carroll.
